I missed the start of the interview, but here's a summary, nothing really new.
One of his roles is to get people working in harmony, this includes coaches, medical team, recrutiing etc. He also needs to facilitate to make sure everyones working from the same page.
He will oversee the entire football department, reporting to Campbell Rose. He wants to make sure that he has the right people in the right position to get the best out of them.
Rocket has had other responsibilities taken off him, so that he can concentrate on coaching. Rocket was very welcoming of him, and has embraced the changes.
He said it is very exciting around the club at the moment, with the Elite Learning Centre nearly complete, the new alliance with Williamstown and the players being part of the Leading Teams program.
