New Zealand's batting lineup has just gotten even worse. Stris is retiring from tests to focus on ODI's.

I dont think retired as much as became unavailable for selection, possibly trying to make himself established as a local in England.

Hamish became a Paddy

Fascinating career, interesting that his Test Batting average is higher than FC cricket so shows he really steps it up. A very Colly-like consistent player bowling a bit of medium pace.Much more effective in ODI's so it's good he will carry on there.

Who do NZ have to put in that middle order who can be a partnership breaker now?
