Just posting to see what everyones favourite songs are to get them fired up or the blood pumping so to speak.

My personal favourite was Pennywises "Fight Till You Die" I listen to it before every game of Basketball and when I was playing football I couldn't live without it, made you bounce off the walls before the first bounce.

Another good song for motivation is Drowning Pool's "Bodies", I try and listen to it before going to watch the Pies battle it out, the chorus is awesome "Let the Bodies hit the floor!" really gets you psyched up.

I downloaded all the songs from the Rocky movies the other day and copied it onto a CD which is great for a Gym workout, very inspirational and keeps you working hard.

MANOWAR - Fighting The World (whole album, especially "Carry On")

If that doesn't inspire you, you ain't got a pulse!

Sheer anger for a gym workout, Anthrax's "Persistence of Time" CD.

Most of the "fire-up" songs that I would listen to would be either by Smashing Pumpkins, Pearl Jam or Tool.

AC-DC also have a fair few numbers that are good - Robert Shaw supposedly used to play them to the Roys before matches to fire the boys up.

I guess you could pick any number of half-decent (or better) rock/metal acts, and find a few songs of this nature.

Voodoo Slaves-Minuteman
Face a New God-the New Christs
One Way Street (single version)-the Saints
Walk All Over You-AC/DC
Livewire-AC/DC

Big loud Aussie guitar action: the only way to get pumped up for the footy.

DOGS ARE TALKING by The Angels
PRINCES OF THE UNIVERSE by Queen

I know it is probably cliched but how about:

All Fired Up

And I'm not talking the Pat Benatar butchering, I mean the original version by the Rattling Sabres.

Seputura's "Inner Self" off Beneath the Remains, particularly their live version in Barcelona when Max yells "C'MON BARCELONA... LETS DEEESTRROY DIS ****EENG PLAAAAAACE!!!". I can run through walls after that!

Another Seps song off Roots, "Attitude" is another one thats gets me emotional. Max's opening scream gets the hairs standing up!

Fear Factory's "Smasher/Devourer" off Obsolete goes alright. "Resurrection" off the same album is one of the most inspiring peices of music i've ever heard, but thats for different reasons.

Beastie Boy's "So Watcha Want" just coz.

Kid Rock's "Devil Without a Cause", "Bawitdaba" and "I am the Bullgod" are good ones to get fired up to before heading out.

Good choice, another song I love of theirs is "How I could just kill a man".

WE'RE NOT GONNA TAKE IT by Twisted Sister

Have you seen Twisted Sister's video clips??

Some of the funniest f*cking sh*t ever. So eighty-ish. Long, big hair. Make up. Tougues hanging out. Ripped pieces of cloth hanging of their clothes. Lot's of fire and flames. It's worth downloading it just for a laugh.

It reminds me of 'BAD NEWS' so much.

I don't fire up much at all, I suppose that anything by Hi-5 would make me angry.
