I thought:
3 - J. Johnson - we need about 3 of them now
2 - Hirdy - only one who played in the first half
1 - M. Johnson
But I'd hate to say it, One M.Bolton is starting to play well.....
Yep, I hated saying that!:D

Seems like each week it is the same guys that aren't giving us enough out there. There's about 5 senior players that should consider themselves trade bait at the moment. I think Joel Reynolds and Shane Harvey are our most talented youngsters, but they should play the entire season in the twos because they aren't up to senior standard at the moment. Instead of playing Reynolds each week we could have had a player like Corey McGrath in the side making a meaningful contribution.
Same boys doing all the work every week ...
Blumfield, Caracella and Heffernan hang your sorry heads in shame! :(
Sorry ... that ":(" should be ""
I know you guys will accuse me of some heinous crime...but the result against the West Coast, pretty much sums up the way the boys are playing at the moment.
- Not winning ball out of the centre at all without Salmon playing.
- Constantly turning it over by kicking bombs to contests on the wing/half forward from half back flank or wing.
- Not making the most of shots on goal.
And again, sad as I am to say it...too much being done by too few.

If this is not rectified the young Cats will give us a footy lesson, and a final four finish will really start to slip away from us.

Yep.
I'm usually a big wrap for Heff - but he was nowhere to be seen on Sunday.
Cara doesn't look like he's even trying sometimes - so frustrating when you know what they're capable of.
Add McVeigh & Moorcroft (sorry little fella, but your time is up) to the list too.
Welly has been down a bit too...

I really feel for JJ the most - every week he tries his guts out, some games are better than others, but he ALWAYS tries to get on with it. Some of the (dare I say it?) 'passengers' should take a bit more notice of his efforts.

Just on Johnno, at times his kicking is atrocious, he should walk our best and fairest in, no worries there, but the kicking is a huge worry.

But at least the boy is getting his hands on the pill!!
Something you can't say about the majority of em!
True, Windy Hill, in fact he often causes a turnover through errant kicking.
But at least he's having a go.
A number of players already mentioned were conspicuous by their total absence.
There were some good signs though. Wellman had a shocker, but least put his head down and worked hard to overcome it. Rioli too worked hard but came up with not much to show for it. Barnard needs a new set of kicking boots. Lloyd was taken out of the contest whenever he went near the ball, but did keep trying.
Regardless, next week could be very embarrassing, indeed -- on Sunday's form. Anyone who writes off the pussycats at the moment, is a fool. Hope Fletch is good to go!

Not going to give votes this week because I did not see the game and only listened to the last quarter on radio.
I think it is almost staggering how bad we seem to be without Fletcher in the lineup. Is he that much of a difference maker?
How do we go 3-4-1 with Hird and Lloyd in the lineup and 5-2 without? Then in three games without Fletcher we get flogged twice and draw a third.
A strange year, this one.

Ditto, although I almost missed even getting to listen to the last quarter, damn bloody local affiliate stations going back to play music when I'm listening to the football:mad:

Yep, he's pretty much the nucleus of the backline. They need to learn to play without him for the times he does miss.
