It's great that usage of this forum has built up over the last year or so and I thought it would be interesting to know which team people follow and how they think they'll go this year.
I've follow Thornton/Eildon for many years, sometimes from afar, and others up close. I've been fortunate to witness my son play in 3 grand final wins out of 5 attempts. The pinacle was last year's senior premiership when so many kids coming through from the successful junior teams were rewarded with the ultimate prize. A testament to the hard work Pup, the players and everyone involved at the club put in.
I expect the Boners to be right up there again in 2008. They won't have gone backwards in any way personal wise and will benefit from last years experience playing together.
They mightn't be the richest team or have the biggest local area to draw from but there is a genuine comeraderie around the club built on the utmost respect for the coach.
My vote is for the Boners to go very close to back to back premierships.
