ok....... Back from the Casey Scorpions V's Northern Bullants Game.

it is a very open ground at Casey Fields in Cranbourne & wind was blowing towards the Northern end of the ground as well as slightly across right to left.
The stand out for me was the Bullants defence...... kept the scorpions goal less in the second quarter after kicking with the breeze in the 1st.
half time swa the bullants something like 6 3 (maybe more gaols than that) to scorpions 0 6
Bullants kicked away even further in the 3rd quarter again kicking with the wind & I think the Scorpions managed to kick their first goal in the 3rd.
David Teague done well up forward & done an excellent job as player/coach.... Skinny done well also....hasn't lost any touch (hehehehehe)
Jacca got in & under (jaccabouchi... if that's how it's spelt) but most of all defense held tight & the Bullants moved the ball cleanly & with accuracy.
Final scores were Casey Scorpions 4 9 35 to Northern Bullants 11 4 70
If Bullants continue to play the style of game they had today, I think they are in for a great year......:thumbsu:

all in all had a great day & hubby took heaps of piccies that turned out bloody beautiful for most of them being action shots..... very clear indeed & might post some up once they are reduced in size :thumbsu:

to be honest with you...... I didn't even notice him playing :eek:

I have only seen him at training once & did not even know he was playing today...... If I knew, I would have kept an eye on him as I know everyone is wanting to know his progress..... Oh well..... I will go through all 120 pictures tonight & see if I can spot him in any of those....
