Would be good to collect all club contact info and actual ground addresses to help possible spectators...like me for instance.. find the grounds or possible players to contact a club.

Unfortunately there will be no netball comp as the Gembrook Courts are going through a major revamp of resurfacing to be ready for the beginning of the 2008 season, so they will be in top condition come April.

Hopefully next time we will be able to incorporate netball.

Registration Day / Football Clinic with Michael Firritto

The Gembrook Cockatoo Football Club encourages all players, supports, partners and committee members to attend the clubs player registration day for all sides including netball players and the Gembrook-Cockatoo Junior Football Club at the Senior Ground on Sunday 3rd Feb at 11:00am.

Former Gembrook Junior footballer and now AFL star with North Melbourne, Michael Firritto will be running a football clinic for all comers starting at 11am which will be followed by a BBQ at 12:30pm.

Gembrook Cockatoo FC - Player Auction and Michael Firrito

This Saturday 10th May Gembrook host Warburton Millgrove at home. After the game the annual players austion will be held in the clubrooms with the function starting at 6:00pm. Meals will be available.

At the conclusion of the auction the AFL Hall of Fame game will be shown on the big screen for those interested in staying around to watch it at the clubrooms.

Also, as part of the day, North Melbourne star and former Brooker Michael Firrito will be returning to open our new scoreboard - will be a great day for all as part of the 150 years of Australian Football celebrations.

Olinda Ferny Creek Life Members Day today against Mount Evelyn.

Should be a great day, maybe the Bloods can lift and pinch a win!

I hosted the Bloods Life Members Day.
We had a brilliant turn out and the crowd for the day was as big as I've seen at Olinda for at least 3 years.
Boys almost got over the line, played very, very well and just missed out.
Hopefully they have set a standard for the rest of 2008.

WHERE: The Karalyka Centre in Ringwood East from 7pm - Midnight. COST: Tickets will be $65 per single or $125 per double.

Monbulk will holding a 10 year reunion of the historic back-to-back flags from 1997-98.
Festivities include an informal afternoon at the Log Cabin on Saturday July 12th to watch the current squad and catch up with a few old members.
Saturday night is a formal gala Dinner at the Bowling Club at 7.00pm with lots of memorabilia and displays.
To round down a great weekend, a Pleasant Sunday Morning and family day at the ground will be held.

The Upwey Tecoma Football & Netball Club is holding its second Supporters Group luncheon for the year on Saturday 12th July and it will also be a 10th anniversary re-union of the 1998 Reserves Premiership team.
(Yes, the Club now has 2 very successful netball teams !)
The luncheon, will be held at the Social Rooms commencing at 11.30am and we play Warburton Milgrove on the day.
Guest speaker on the day will be St Kilda legend Kevin “Cowboy” Neale and Ron Drain, coach of the ‘98 Reserves team, will also go through the team and reminisce a little…
Cost will be $50 per person or $80 per double and this includes an excellent meal and all drinks until half time in the senior match.
An alternative, which we strongly recommend, is to really throw your support behind the Club by joining the Supporters Group for a cost of $160 /single or $200/double which includes attendance at the luncheon. As part of your membership to the Supporters Group, not only does your meal and drinks for the day come complimentary, but you also gain access free of charge to all UTFC home games for the year… to a reasonable man this should be a no-brainer.
