I agree with him; I hope Roy was just playing too - otherwise, poor sportsmanship.

Thats Harsha Bhogle wasnt it? I agree with him too. That Binga hardly touched him is beside the point, he obviously affected the guys running. Ive seen blokes try to run guys out who have been hit in the nads and gone down outside the crease, just not on :thumbsd:

I'd say he's making a mountain out of a molehill there, but that would imply that the incident was as big as a molehill to start with.
Absolute crap!!!
Lee had every right to run across in front of him to get the ball. Once he got in front of the batsmen, it is the batsmen responsibility to avoid contact, although this was nigh on impossible in this situation. However, he made contact with Lee, which prevented Lee from cleanly fielding the ball and possibly effecting a run out.
Once the contact was made by the batsmen, I feel Symonds had every right still to try and run him out. If it was the other way around and Lee caused the undue contact and then Symonds still tried to run him out then I would have an issue with it.
It was great fielding by Lee to be able to get across in front of the batsmen so quickly a win right of way. It was also a great effort by the batsmen to make his ground after the collision.
Let me guess he also crack the sads when Bracken attempted to run Jayawardane out at the non-strikers end because he didn't bother to get back in his crease after they decided not to take a single?
Summer of discontent continues.

Another minor non newsworthy incident blown out of proportion, i agree

They would have sooked too if that Indian batsman who jumped over the ball, lifting his bat off the ground, had been out early in the innings. Can't remember who it was, but was right up their with there ground fielding for skill! :)

I remember Ganguly being scared of a throw at the stumps so instead of sliding into his crease he stopped to allow the ball to pass....soft
Think it was in the test series
