this year i've upgraded from a blue membership to a silver membership, and i'm wondering where it allows you to sit when going to watch the boys play at the G or the dome. do you just scan your card, sit anywhere in the general admission area (where are the GA areas also?) or whats the go?
any help would be great.

You can sit anywhere in GA as long as the seats there aren't ticketed. They sometimes make games fully-ticketed which means everyone has a specific seat before they go in. If that happens you'll have to get another ticket or sit in your normal seat.
Where your reserved seat is depends on what membership level you have. That info should be on your application form.

if you have a silver 11, it will get you in for free at all Carlton Home games & yes all you have to do is scan your card to get in.....
If you do not have any reserved seats, GA is generally on level 3 at MCG or dome but you can upgrade ticket (for a little extra $) at any ticket window on gameday if a big crowd is not expected & get a seat down the front.
Well that is how it worked for me last year anyway :D

Move...... lol
depends where you go to sit...... as I stated..... at the G & dome, level 3 are GA areas..... so if you sit up there you are safe..... If you want to sit on the lower level..... as at the ticket box before you go in if you CAN sit anywhere on the lower levels...... they will tell you where you can & can't sit :thumbsu:

That's pretty rare. The reserved seat areas are almost always roped/fenced off.
On rare occasions they'll sell reserved seats in the GA areas, and yes, you're supposed to move for them. When that's likely to happen they usually make the game fully-ticketed, which means you have to buy a reserved seat on top of your already-paid admission.
