I still hope we can make the top 4. We were unlucky not to make it last year and considering that we get Willo back we should be there.
However my main concern is that too many of our players dont seem to be gaining much weight. This makes it harder for them to break tackles/lay them properly.

At full strength this side has few weakness but our depth is questionable. The fact is that guys like Dawson, Clarke and to a lesser extent Murphy,Taylor,Renouf are just not (or perhaps never will be) ready for AFL.

The key thing to remember though is our competition. Unlike previous years were there was 4-5 teams that were significantly better than ours, now there really isn't a side that we should be afraid of (other clubs would be worried about Geelong but considering they haven't beaten us since 05 we should still remain positive about facing them). All the sides face similar issues that we face and if we can manage them properly we will finish in the top 4

Huh?

I'm so pumped for this season for the reason that we are going to witness another group of players take the next step.

In addition from last years improvement we can expect and rely on players like Ellis, Tuck, Rioli, Murphy ect.. who are seemingly ready to contribute. Include missed players from last year, Williams and Clarke and it begins to build pressure on those starting 22 players to retain their places in the team.

You also have to remember not everybody on our list will make it!

We are only getting bigger!
