Hi guys,

J.Frawley-R.Petterd-D.Bell are three of your most impressive youngsters.

just wanted to know how their pre-seasons have been going?
Are they expected to show much this year?

Bell is a definite starter. Seems like Bailey is impressed with him and may even chuck him into the middle at times.

Petterd has been eased into the praccy matches so its a bit harder to judge. Personally I have him at about our 23rf of 24th player on the list so with a few injuries that are always bound to happen he will get a gig. The same goes for Frawley

Frawley will get more game time because of his size and player type more than his skill relative to the rest of the list.

Probably not be too dissapointed if they play as well as they did last year, Bell was AA material for a few weeks there (against you and the pies and a few others), if Petterd can have 10 more games like his debut it will do me, and I just want to see Frawley out there and competing, as long as he works hard it will do me, hopefully as the season goes on he can take some better players. Neither of the 3 are DT material IMO though.

In my eyes all three are guaranteed a place in the side all year.

Frawley should be given the Zac Dawson treatment and take the opposition's biggest and best forward. He is only a fraction behind Carrol at the moment but in years to come will be ten times what he is. A learning/developing year for him.
Bell, not really a youngster anymore but anyway, he is probably our 2nd best defender behind Rivers although is more Campbell Brown than Joel Bowden (Rivers). A staple in the backline based on his current status let alone his potential.
Petterd I would like to see used in a Nick Malceski role, a runner off half back with great skills to set up plays although his class may need to be used in the midfield with McLean, Jones and Bartram to a lesser extent more grunt than class. Should be given every oppourtunity.
