View Full Version : Can someone clarify something for me (Chris Egan)
I was reading the paper today, and it mentioned that Chris Egan has fully recovered from a knee reco and is showing good signs.
My memory is a little blank right now, but didn't he tear his PCL and avoid the knife.
Just can't remember clearly.

Good question, a knee reco is news to me - I thought he just rested it and did some physio, but I'm not sure.
Maybe the club was telling porkies?
It's a quick recovery if it was a ACL.
I'm sure it was a PCL, which is no where near as bad, and he missed the rest of the year to strengthen the knee joint.
medial and posterior, requires no surgery just put in a brace and then needs to re-strengthen it.
3 months.
From last year. Looks like another journo's mistake, probably remembers that Egan was injured most of last year, heard it was a knee injury, just put it down as a "knee reco".
Just as I thought.
