I noticed this last week out at Preston - Richo appears to have done a fair bit of conditioning work in his extended absence with the hamstring tear. To me, it appears that he has dropped a number of kilograms and is no longer as big through the thighs and chest.

Maybe it was felt that being too big was contributing to his injury worries (as it did previously for Glen Jacovich and Corey McKernan) and in a bid to increase his longevity, he has fined down?

Yeah he looks a bit finer CJH. I think he needs some sort of flexibility regime, he looks as stiff as a board running around out there so it's no surprise he is having hammy/lower back problems.

Didn't James Hird go through chronic hamstring problems about 5 years ago where it ha got to the point that he had calcification in his hamstring? How about Richmond having a word to James and find out how he overcame it. It would be a good start.
