On a thread on the AFL board an administrator threatened that any more personal cracks on the thread would be carded.

The threat came after a Collingwood fan copped a barrage from numerous clubs that had completely gone off the topic and he started to defend himself accordingly.

After this there was more personal cracks thrown at Collingwood and myself (yes... I know your worried, I'm OK!) and I pointed out to the administrator that his rules had been broken... yet, he did nothing (and again were broken 3 - 4 times all up) and eventually he just closed the thread, ignoring the rules that he had implemented because, well it was his own supporters that had broken his rules. He arogantly closed the thread by saying "yawn", ignoring the rules he had set because it didnt suit him.

I pose this question to Collingwood Bigfooty members:- Do some of Big Footy's Administrators use their power on the site to purely increase their own debating powers instead of consistantly uphold the standards they claim to?

(Im know I'm in the s*** for starting this thread... but no names were mentioned, and if I have to stick to a set of rules i think its only fair it be an even playing field)

P.S:- It was nice knowing you... (probably!)

Smokey smokey smokey ..... it's the internet don't take it seriously. Even though we would all like to think everythings equal, some are more equal than others. It's just the way the world is, be nice to em it'll drive em crazy.

I just got a PM from the administrator... I was told that usually administrators requests are ignored and therefore... thats the reason he didnt uphold his rules!????????????????????????!

What a crok of s***.

So what is he there for if he expects his requests to be ignored and will only card someone if it comes from a pies supporter??? It was supposed to be the AFL board.

What a joke - Go Pies

Mad Dog? Admins, mods and posters alike will probably take the side of supporters of there club. It is just the way it is, they try to be objective but it just isn't going to happen, they do it fairly well though.

If you've got a problem with an admin take it to PMs through the admin in question or even other admins. Just don't complain about it here trying to get sympathy because whether you're in the right or in the wrong you come off looking bad.
