as long as it's got caffeine in it, it can be made of gravel as far as i'm concerned

ssfc0203
9th March 2008, 21:56
So by your logic, if someone combined shit with caffeine, you'd drink that too?

We bought HUGEE Gloria Jeans tim tam thick shakes, and we were just kind of trying to finish them for a couple of hours. When we were on the train home, we ended up leaving them half full on the seats :p

Lol, I just remembered the name I used then: Chittabannerjeetakolah or something like that. Took the poor girl 5 minutes to spell it :D

Can't have a coffee thread without mentioning Kopi Luwak (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kopi_Luwak)

Kopi Luwak or Civet coffee is coffee made from coffee berries which have been eaten by and passed through the digestive tract of the Asian Palm Civet (Paradoxurus hermaphroditus). The civets eat the berries, but the beans inside pass through their system undigested.

Mmm mmm, coffee made from animal shit. Sounds delicious.

ssfc0203

I drank coffee yesterday at Uni, haven't had coffee in like 5 years. They had this cafe there and I wanted to try out iced coffee. It was $5 and worth my money. Oh so delicious and oh, I was doing some textbook reading at the same time, and chatting to my friend about how hot the aussies were in UNSW. HAHA!

our chief medical expert is daryn cresswell ... whenever we get an injury, he takes the player into a quiet room and simply smacks whatever it is back into place
although it hasn't worked as well recently coz he's a bit older, not as strong as he once was

:D

I heard he has resigned since trying to fix Bazza's groin.

psychiatric treatment for the 'smacking' of a groin would be advisable too.

Bump... every forum should have a coffee thread :D Can't believe I didn't see this one until now.

Recommendations, anyone?

Bar Coluzzi in High St, Randwick does a great coffee...across the road from the hospital, worth taking a walk up from UNSW for a glimpse at the framed poster of the Swans on the wall. One of the owners is a 'Pies supporter I think.

My place.

I've got the Rancilio Silvia/Rocky setup and get my beans delivered fresh from a little roaster at Minto, La Casa del Caffe.
