Provided Lloyd stays fit for most of the year (fingers crossed) how many goals do you think he will kick?

60+ easy...
If he stays healthy I think he'll kick about 70.

I think you should reconsider the poll options..... 60+ is a low top option.
He kicked 62 in 19 games last year, and would expect that as a minimum again in '08 given the way he finished '07 compared to how he went early on returning from the injury.
Unless, of course, Knights plays him further up the ground that is.

70+. I think he has the ability to kick much more, maybe even 80 or 90. However Lucas is in great form and will probably kick 70+ also, so they could take goals off each other.

Almost every bomber fan would choose 60+. It really should be:
50-60
60-70
70-75
75+

Sorry to say, but was @ the NTFL GF Breakky with the great man Kevin Sheedy this morning, and whilst talking to a youngen (3-5yo) Sheeds asked him who his fav player was and he said "Matty Lloyd" Sheeds instant reply was "Sad about the hamstrings"

Great man and great speaker and great stories!
Nearly brought a plate that he wrote the best side that he ever coached on it, very interesting......Couple of names that i'll let you know that he wrote on it were Lloyd, Lucas, VDH, Misiti, Watson, Fletcher, Neagle, Hird, J. Johnson, Salmon and more...very interesting

60 plus. Over 80 goals would not surprise if he stays injury free.

Well guys i know everyone is saying 60+ if he stays fit but thats unlikelly, there is a lot of variables.....neagle and gumby coming back from injury, lucas could play closer to goal and lloyd as a half forward etc so sadly i think he'll kick 50-60

If he's fit all season and stays in the goalsquare instead of going up the ground, he'll kick 80+ easily.

I think 60+ is relatively low...
It really depends on the midfield ant their service to both Lloyd and Lucas. I expect both to give 70-50 respectively is everything goes according to plan.
Matthew Lloyd will kick around 65 goals. With him pusing up the ground a fair bit more due to his captaincy. Plus Lucas is giving presence and they seem to be sharing the workload even steven. :thumbsu:
I think he will kick around 70.

There is no doubt his best position is a Full forward so if he can stay there for a full seaosn he should kick around 70.
Personally I think his hammy is pretty serious. I think he will have problems all year and therefore maybe get 30 or so.
If he stays fit maybe 60.
Good thing is I think we can do ok without him.

He'll kick 100.
I hope you're right. :thumbsu:
hoping for an essendon forward line styled the way it was a couple of years back. a fully fit lloyd playing as a genuine ff with lucas bombing them through from around the arch.
lloyd- 70-80
lucas-50-60

I'd still like to see Lloyd play deep inside 50. Looks far ore comfortable then up the ground and more dangerous.
Although last year and I'm not sure why, played alot from behind when in the goal square....
It's a good problem to have when you have two quality forwards. :D
So are we playing closest to the pin here? is so, 87!
should of put up a couple more options... i'm guessing between 50-70 goals.

I think Lloyd will be very pleased with anything over 70 unfortunatly i find this optimistic...45-55 imo

He will kick 70 + with Lucas kicking 90. ;):p
lloyd will hopefully play better this year, although he still kicked plently last year he obviously wasnt at his best form.
if he can stay relatively injury-free he should kick a truckload!
over 60 for sure if he plays decently.

I whole-heartedly expect him to kick over 70 goals this season. So many factors come into account but considering that we expect him to play closer to goal, Id think he could kick over 70. Made a deal with a Hawks fan that if Lloyd kicks over 70 goals he is still a superstar of the competition. They think he is passed it but I beg to differ. Hopefully his hamstrings stay alright:thumbsu:

6 goals so far. He is well on his way to kick a big lot this year.
