Is the stadium there still called "Melbourne Rectangular Stadium", because that would be a corker of a name.

To quote a great man...(Or if I remembered the quote right)

'Call it Hell in a Cell, Rage in a Cage, Painus in your Anus'

uuhhmmm sorry guys I have not followed our new home to much but are we using this rectangular stadium as our admin base or as an in season training base?

since it's called stadium i'd assume it's a training base.

So do we train on a soccer pitch or not?

Its both our training and admin base i believe. We will be training on one of the ovals adjacent, the same thing that Collingwood do.

So i assume Bails strategy would be to play the corridor since there is no flanks or pockets on a square ground.....

Currently, our administration department is split on two levels in the Great Southern Stand. Our football department is set up at Junction Oval. Our club store (last time I checked) is at Sandringham. Our players train on about 4-5 different ovals throughout the year.

The new stadium will house our administration and football departments (gym equipment and all that stuff), and I can only assume our club shop will be there too. Not sure if there will be a social club or anything though. We will train on one of the nearby ovals (not sure how many there are, so we will either share with Collingwood or train alongside them).
