How do you think Roy Farmer, Justin Wilson, James Imbi, Michael Gugliotta and Christian Schild will go at South Adelaide this year?
Is there any others from Darwin playing down there this year?

At this stage anyone picked up will be late in what appears to be a strong draft year. I would wait to see how some of the players go in the Nationals.

Steven Motlop could be a chance for Power would be more on name than form in my opinion but who knows I would probably have said the same about Cameron Stokes last year.

The islanders as usual are very exciting but whether they can adapt to that environment is another matter.

so none of those boys are considered real chances besides motlop unless they pull something out of the hat at nationals?

Many people didn't think Stokes would be picked up last year, so it is hard to tell. Liddle has been pretty good for Palmerston at senior level but would need to have a big carnival, as would Googs, Robbie Hale and Steven Motlop. Justin Buegelaar-Leighton is a bit of an unknown player up here. He has shown good form at U18s level. He finished the season well kicking 26 goals in his last five matches. Though I have never heard of a player being drafted up here that hasn't played an A-grade match.

I presume Shannon Rioli who is playing for Scotch College will come into the side for the championships.

Not sure if he is eligible to be drafted this year but has been a big improver over the past year or so.

Curtley Hampton from Alice Springs will be one to watch for the future played in the NT side on the weekend and is still eligible to play Under 15s this year.

Farmer lined up for Norwood on the weekend in the reserves game. He didn;'t get much of it early but had a better second half.

If he has half the success that Aussie did for us last year then he will be a good addition to our side. and hopefully assist him in taking the next step to AFL.

so farmer played in the ressies? and not the seniors?
any chance of him breaking through into the seniors?

I'd say he is a reasnoble chance of playing seniors at some point this year, but might be a little way off at the moment. I presume he hadn't been training with Norwood for that long which is why he played reserves and I guess he will miss games due to state commitments like Aussie did last year.

How old are they ?

James Imbi is a gun. He'll do well at SANFL level.

Like to see him make AFL, but I'm guessing he's about 26 and he needs to work on his kicking accuracy and decision making. Make a good rookie though.
