Classic decoy talk. Anyone ever remember when Johnno injured his Ankle and the talk all week was how we were going to go down without him. He was listed as an emergency, and didn't do the warm up, but appeared on the ground at the start of the game. From memory it was against Collingwood and he ended up being best on ground and infact I think the injury was in a preseason game??? and it was round 1??

I stand to be corrected on the full details, but he was definitely "tanking" with an injury in the lead up to the game.

He has been named in the team, though it doesn't mean much these days.

Maybe the three best defenders he was refering to were Williams, Everitt and MCDOUGALL.;)

McDougall named as one of the emergencies along with Stack and Street. Could be that Lake may not be available for Round 1.

Where'd you get that info? I saw Tiller listed on the extended bench

The Herald Sun also adds that McDougall has come in to the squad to replace Tiller, who is ill.
Maybe Lake is playing and McDougall is replacing Tiller as an emergency.

Yes. McDougall could come in to replace Wight. I think McDougall is better than Wight.
