Help Me Identify a Movie: Belarussian

I saw this movie at a film festival a few years ago. It is set in France and Belarus. A young man from Belarus goes to Paris to work. While there he is killed. Knowing that the mother would be devastated the rest of the family write letters from her son to the mother to make her think he is still alive. I would love to get hold of it but can't remember what is was called. Anyone seen this and knows what it is called?
