Question For Members / High Mark Members

Hi Guys,

I can't seem to find my membership card :o

I have a question for you guys. Did the membership card come in the same package that contained the high mark medallion and the magnet fixture and the other stuff? Or was it in a seperate package / letter?

I opened the one with the high mark medallion tonight after having it sit on my desk for a few months. There was no membership card in there so I'm not sure if it wasn't in there and should have been or if it came seperately and I have misplaced it somewhere.

They didn't have mine on monday because they said they hadn't even printed it off yet, even though I ordered it 4 weeks ago.

Still call the club about it and if nothing happens, go to the game and see if its there, if not they'll give you a free ticket to get in.

Mine all came together. In fact I recieved two lots, thanks to a mail out error befor xmas. I returned one lot, kept the sticker and draw though :D

The only card I recieved seperately was my Windy Hill Club membership card. That was a nice bonus as I did not realise it was included. If only I lived near the club. lol

i've had the same membership for a few years and it's on auto renewal with direct debit. i've never had to pick it up before and since i was essentially signed up as a member as soon as they opened they should definitely have had time to print my membership card by now. if it was with the high mark medallion then i definitely don't have it.

I got mine in the initial letter with the "thanks for signing up" yada yada, and all the stickers and everything.

If it's not in that letter it'd be an administrative mistake, so, if you haven't got it yet, I'd check with the club.

i double checked my over cluttered desk last night and found the original letter with the membership card stuck to it. my mistake :o
