My son just rang me & said the house my ex just bought in Mooroolbark, was Peter Bradbury's house. Another great player from the eastern suburbs, recruited from Kilsyth F.C.

Half back flanker who wore no. 36 I think he played for port melbourne also, played in one of our back to back flags too.

Yep, he played in the 1984 GF.

Yeah played 49 games for dons + 19 gls from 83-86 also at the pies in 86-87 23 games 6 gls a wiry haf back and premiership player in 84..

yeh was a handy player not quick but ok.....played in the 84 flag then went to collingwood.....

Yes I remember him, a very solid player, I may be wrong but my memory tells me that he left Essendon as a result of Sheeds having one of his more high profile trades.

He was before my time but was a handy player from what ive seen. Didn't have a long career. After he finished with us he went to collingwood, poor bloke.

Was 7 years old and nearly hit the roof when he kicked the goal from close in. Started to really believe they might get up. Only seen it about 600 times since!!!

Yes, if my memory is right I think that may have been the first time people seriously called for Sheeds to be fired.
