Over on TC someone was saying that Gibbs has a bad back and didnt train.Lets hope he is o.k. I was hoping for Hartlett to play.

Hopefully Gibbs is ok. He was fantastic last week vs Collingwood. Also, very positive to see no changes vs Melbourne.

Poor Gibbsy :( Expect him to be out tomorrow. Bentick isn't playing with the Ants today.

Hopefully Bentick not playing for the Ants is precautionary. Gibbs might come up for tomorrow still. Pretty selfless of Bentick if he doesn't play at all because he is carrying the drinks but Carlton's needs come first ahead of the Ants. Far better to have Bentick not play than have him having to back up for Carlton a day later.

I would also go on to say that if Gibbs does in fact have a sore back, then I would be hoping the club does give him a rest, and allow him to get his body in order. No point "killing" the kid this early in the season.
