zzzzzzzzz

Serously though, 4th place is wide open.

If a vic club got it it might be the easiest top 4 finish for years

Lol, yes everyone watch out for St. Kilda, just beat an Essendon team missing several best-22 players.

Cry me a river mate, you are missing 2 good players. If you expect to get flogged every time you are missing 2 players through injury it is a sad indictment of where your playing list is at.

I have not included Jetta and Dempsey in this as they have both played less than 10 games and averaged about 10 possessions in those games. So again if you can't cover those 2 it is a sad indictment of where your playing list is at.

No, but one would expect the perennial premiership favourites to easily beat a team many predicted for bottom 2 this year.

Sleeping giants..? Ha...!!

Keep topping that list up...:thumbsu:

Another thread talking up St Kilda?

At least you're attempting to be original with the 'flying under the radar' bit.

We're 5 games into the season where St Kilda won the preseason cup, entered the season as 2nd fav for the flag and until we folded against the Dogs we were widly tipped as most likely to challenge Geelong. Since 1/4 time in that game we've rolled over twice, badly, and we almost blew a match winning lead to a likely bottom 4 team.

Flying under the radar?

lol, do you understand what the term means?

Extremely unlikely. There are too many structural problems with this side - suspect defence, midfielders who are not physically imposing, a forward line that doesn't kick enough goals, and a suspect / injury prone ruck division (it was inevitable King would tire and become injured, and Gardiner is an injury liability). IMO, the retirement of Aaron Hamill was the closing of StKilda's window of opportunity.

Lol, St Kilda is shit. Have doubts they'll make the 8 let alone the 4. Freo aside, there's not a more overrated side in the competition, but I don't think anyone's rating them now lol.

No.

I believe St Kilda have a forward line as strong as any in the league (even when taking into account Kosi, who is as likely to kick a bag of 10 goals as he is to trip over his own feet and accidentally rip out Nick Reiwoldt's jugular with his teeth), but when their engine room is constantly supplying them with rubbish it's a bit of a moot point.

St Kilda's midfield are like a pack of gang rapists who suffer from erectile dysfunction -They simply can't damage you with their penetration. Until they find that metaphorical viagra pill they won't be causing too much trauma in the foreseeable future.
