You cant argue that the cats will smash hawks based on logic.
Logic has predicted only 10% of the hawthorn geelong games.
Its almost basic physics that hawthorn beat geelong - logic doesn't enter into it

I think people forget that even North Melbourne beat us after our loss to Hawthorn. They met us when we were at our weakest; from that game on we turned on and haven't looked back. Hawthorn rely heavily on Franklin which will be their downfall when they meet us; a good team will beat an average team with a good player. Add to that we will play Hawthorn on the MCG where we can run and get some space and Geelong will take out the win.

Thats bread and butter for us.
We play there 8-9 more times a year then Geelong.
FWIW, Geelong haven't beaten Hawthorn at the MCG since the 1963 GF

For your information that has nothing to do with what the result will be. Go watch the grand final and our game vs north to get a glimpse of how we play on the MCG with our new brand of football.

North beat you by 5 Goals...we beat North by 18 Goals...who lost to port by 12 Goals who we beat by 20 Goals..
therefore we are a 55 Goal better side.

As Geelong once told every teams fans in the AFL to put the past behind them, I feel as though they should do it themselves. History will play no part in the coming Hawks vs Geelong but logic will. Both teams have a huge chance at winning the game and if you are saying that history will help Geelong then you will be and already are taken as a fool. Go Hawks!
