Lets get up and about today.

Shut down Fevola.

Neitz to find his feet in Season '08, Robbo to kick a goal or two in the first half.

Big 50k+ crowd.

OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!

I have a new training drill Melbourne should try out.

1 bullet in a gun.

Player takes a set shot, if he misses he has to take his chances and hope that he's not an unlucky man.

Moloney has no brain whatsoever, really hope he gets axed after this game.

Brad Green IS A FRIGGIN FORWARD!!!!!!!!!!

Sylvia is not a backman.

Jamar is not an AFL player.

Great game by Green - thats 2 in a row.

Another great game by Brock McLean as well and Aussie showed why he MUST stay in the seniors.

Really like Frawley's first game back - he should maintain his spot in the team.

Moloney wasn't too bad - the 50 he gave away was stupid but he was giving it a red hot go and just got a bit over zealous - I like to see that grunt and passion in our players and he should not be punished for that.

When Neitz went off the ground the forward line started to function well and I think the big fella has to sit out a few games with his "injury" to let Bails experiment with the forward line.

IMO Sylvia should rotate through the midfield and forward line, as should Green. Sylvia is not a backman.

All the players have to throw caution to the wind and play on every chance we get because its bloody great to watch and it gives us the best chance of winning - we need to get more running players into the team i.e. Valenti and Buckley because clearly the big fella Neitz is having no affect on the game any more. He has been a truly great player for our club but its time to move on now...

GO DEES

Well Said! I think we should bring Buckley back in to play on the wing and leave Green in the forward line. I will probably get crucified for saying this but it would have been nice to see Miller out there presenting from CHF.

Game notes

- Green is a forward, so keep him there

- Rivers is our best player

- Neitz could be shot and still not get a free kick

- Frawley should play the rest of the year

- Col's starting to show us a bit of that potential

- Brock starting to get back a bit of 2006 form, thought he keep Chri$ well today, only for him to get a couple of cheap goals

- Even though Morton didn't play bad, he needs a week or two at Sandy. Looked a bit lost today

- Juice needs to play

- Jamar should fake an injury when he takes a mark inside 50, and give the kick to somebody else

I thought Sylvia was pretty good down back he played on Fisher and done pretty good until he went up forward. When Sylvia can get his fitness up then he can go in the midfield.

I don't know why the Blues fans endear themselves so much to him, he has been a large factor in their shocking last few years...

He had a bad game, but was rewarded for our stupidity.

Alright so we're shite at kicking at goal HOWEVER Robbo did look a whole lot more comfortable not having Neitz in the forward 50

I just loved the many peanut carlton fans who were bemoaning all of the Dees team - how much 1 week does to perceptions...

Jesus, the next time we play them, I want to murder them!

Ahh, I was in the midst of hordes of Cartel fans and cheering loudly and telling Fevola to go take a leak when he stuffed up etc, it was good there was a bit of feeling amongst the crowd. I love gettin up the noses of opposition fans, particularly Cartel and Collingwood ones hehehe...

Carlton fans.

Why do you think we care about what you have to say? This is your warning. I'm going to be banning people from this board and/or handing out cards if I see any more posts that are baiting the users of this forum.

Yes, we know you won today. Congratulations. Unfortunately it does not cancel out the last few years that you guys have had. You know the feeling. Have a bit of tact and stick to your own board.

How can Judd be best on ground when his opponent gets 31 touches, I don't care how good you played. Judd was unaccountable today and through sheer class made up for it. He showed he's playing for the money, he has no love for your jumper and it is a disgrace he is your captain. We are dead set awful but we have a bloke who loves our club as captain and in Green and McLean we have guys who can be future captains and without that I can safely say you will never win a flag.
