Should he be getting a game at the moment? I thought he was below average today.

I don't think we need him in the team. Doesn't look to have it, and isn't developing with the rest of the squad.
Agreed.
Now that we are on the up, he should be used as a depth player only.

Should he be getting a game at the moment? I thought he was below average today.Has strength, height, mobility, works hard off the ball and takes a man away from Fev. That last part is important as without another big forward the defence all go to Fev. Not sure he'll be great this year with that weight loss for what ever reason it was, but did well last year and will do well for us in the years going forward. He has to play forward now with Waite now a backman.

I love Setanta's passion, but the last 2 games he seems out of sorts.I prefer him down back. His reflexes and awareness seem out of whack.I think another run in the 2s is in order with Hartlett to replace him.

No way should he be in the team. So far off the standard it isnt funny. Hartlett mut come in for him.

No-one thought he was way off the standard last year.
Almost appears to have gone backwards this year. Would be lucky to retain his spot next week, given the form of Hartlett and Edwards in the Bullants.

He has really struggled in our last 2 games. Just doesn't seem to be up to it at the moment.
Hartlett should come in for him as he can actually take a grab as a leading CHF. And he can kick them from outside 50.

hmmm... he had some nice touches, but if you watched him, especially in the last quater, he put NO, absolutely zer0 defensive pressure on the opposition. was so dissapointing.

if he's had ross river fever then it could take 4 months for him to regain his full energy, not to mention the muscle mass he had built up over the last 18 months.

he is definitely underdone. give him another shot in the 2nd half of the season when he gets full fittness and puts on a bit of weight.

I think that a run in the seconds for a couple of weeks might do him some good.
I think that his form is suffering because of his recent illness and the yips because of expectations of him this year.

I hope Parrot can give us a great explanation as to why Carlos isn't playing well when he's such an outstanding talent. :)
