The number of players from both Brisbane and Essendon cited under the "melee" rule is disgusting.
Saturday night saw both teams get in and have a red hot go.
Does anyone seriously think that Brown and Rioli should have been suspended.
No way. In the days before football became a game for pansies, Rotten Ronnie or Roger or even Wally would have evened up the score.
The only thing that I did not like was some of the sniping from behind....kinda reminds me of Tony Shaw or Libba. Brisbane were largely the culprits in that department, despite their attempts to claim the "tough guy" mantle.
Good game. Brisbane too good on the night. Get the Tribunal to take a Valium for a while. End of rant!
