Positives against Carlton

Disgraceful end to the second half, but in the last I thought we looked to have some sort of system going on

* Though Sylvia played a great game down back on a much larger Fisher, and when he went forward in the last he presented well. Hopefully he's finally found his spot
* Thought Frawely's attack on the ball was great and looked more at home than the last time he played
* Rivers coming back into some form in the backline
* Green's game up forward was great
* McLean worked his ass off. Presented well, may have been beaten by Judd but still did alright
* Davey going into the centre for the last quarter gave us some speed and some centre breaks

Our skills are cripe but still there were some positive

It was a positive that the game ended. That and it's one less game we have to worry about this year, next please

It's good to see at least we're running games out. Really that 15min spell Carlton had in the second quarter was the difference ,if we contained and didn't give away stupid free's and a 50 meter penalty's we could have had a decent shot. In the second half we contained carlton to five goals and had some geniune dominance in game play , then Whelan had that brain explosion which allowed a freebie by Fev, in the last quarter i thought we dominated game play again. I'm not saying that we should have won but the margin for me is a little flattering for Carlton.

Its pretty pathetic we are trying to find positives out of losing to ____ing carlton. i hate footy.

1 - learnt that we are shit at flooding and should never try it again
2 - 44,000 for a home game. club needs all the money it can get

The team showed nothing, absolutely nothing. Carlton just embarassed us.
