How good was Ben today! Game aside, this boy is the future of our forward line! Can't wait to see him develop further!
Yeah, he doesn't miss much either!! Just need the rest of the team to fire and we'll start to look better!

He was so good in that last qtr, I didn't even care that we were going to lose the game. How good is it to see that we finally have a full forward who can LEAD, MARK and KICK STRAIGHT!
Hansen must be worried about his position though.

Was described as a "poor mans Russell Robertson" when we drafted him and I must say he shows a lot of similar traits to Robbo as well

Can't beleive we are still going to offer him a contract.
Put off all negotiations till the end of the year and make him EARN the new contract

What's he got? 9 goals in 2 weeks is it? Brilliant!

Age might be a problem
Kick 8 next week against an undersized Doggies defence. :thumbsu:

Awesome game, went to go post in the Birds of Prey forum, but there was no thread on him!
Terrible, I wonder who his sponsor is.

and he should be. dont give a rats arse anymore. anyone who is good stays, anyone who is crap goes. literally it was devastated with todays loss especially with our last quarter come back. heres hoping we finally crack a win next week. if we dont it will be over.

Hansen should asked to be traded. Gets injured every second week and has done since 2005. With a 6.5 mill salary cap he should get no more than 200,000 as he's a major liability. This year he's played for little effect. He won't win us premierships

Edited for accuracy...
Did Hansen seriously get injured or was it a crap excuse for dropping his poor out of form a$$??
I cant get over how much his kicking has improved. Kicks like a mule with a Burley then lasers them with the sherrin.
Id like to see Staker, Kennedy and Mckinley given the 3 Tall spots in future weeks.
Similar to a Kangaroos set up.
Edwards, Thompson, Jones.
Throw in Wirra and Ebert and we're pearling.

Pretty much the same way the Shockers did it with Tarrant
