How good was Judd, Fev, Scoters, Jamo, Murph, KRUEZER, Waite and CARLTON. Are we gonna go on with this current form or will Adelaide bring our rare 2 game winning streak to an end?

The thing is i dont think we played that well today. We only played one real good quarter. Hopefully we can beat Adelaide as i dont think they have a very strong side.

I think that we are a very good chance this week.
Fev will be on Rutten though and that could be a big challenge for him, but with the supply that he has gotten and the way he has played in the last few weeks, i don't think anyone could stop him at the moment.
Can't wait, because i should finally be able to go.

I loved Judd's trademark goal on the run from 55, brings a very big smile to my face. Still can't come to terms with the fact that he is playing at Carlton, seems like a dream.

Lets just hope that Fevola isnt double/triple teamed like he was in todays game. He still kicked 7, so imagine they played just one man on him.

I think this is what ALL Carlton supporters have been waiting to see, Chris Judd out of the center to Murphs, Back to Judd GOAL From 55! Top shelf stuff, will be a contender for Goal of the Week this week surely.

He kicked 7 but it didn't even seem like he played that well, just shows how good he is. Loved his forward pressure.

Yeah this is the week the Fish needs to step up while Fev is being held by Rutten. Hartlett also if he plays, I expect 4 from Fish.

i wont doubt fish's ability to step up to the plate. i'd say however that his performance depends a lot on team morale.

all hail cliff richards indeed, and may he smite all who doubt him.

Know what you mean. After his display today, it's finally starting to sink in. :D

Has anyone realized that since Judd has got plenty of the ball, fev has started to kick bags of goals.

Judd: Didnt have much of an impact. Fev 2 goals
Judd:StKilda also didnt have much of an impact Fev2goals
Judd:BOG against Essendon-fev 8goals
Judd:28touches against Collingwood Fev 7goals
Judd:BOG Fev 7goals.

Theres a trend happening...

I suggested earlier in the year that Judd would embarrass players into performing better. Leadership - priceless.

boy how he proves every doubter wrong . I can see no one will stop Fev Even This Week gotta keep with Buddy Franklin from Hawthorn
he should tear West coast eagles apart so if we lose this week we should win the next week it be good to win 4 in arow to make things interesting :) every win we have less likley we will finish last .
in the Herald Sun Woodenspoon Betting we don;t exist now. ;)
and premiership down from $101 to $41.00 big drop by $60.00 :thumbsu:
win next 2 and see it drop again. ;)

Depends : Did we get off to a slow start - if we played bombers, tigers, saints next week would we beat any of them on current form. I think we may beat all of them judging by that 2bd quarter.

However melbourne, saints, bombers, pies and tigers are relatively crap.

There are smarter punters on this board, I am definitely not one of them, who have said that we will improve but not by that much. I disagree, but I am a one eyed numbat.

WE are playing well - we really miss walker and gibbs - kept hoping they were running late - but we are really struggling in a lot of areas.

Midfield drop off far too steeply after Judd, stevens, murph - Fish is our only real forwrad option beyond fev - no fev- we are finished.

Our best depth and well covered, disciplined area for me is now our defence - wailte, thornton, bower, walker, jamieson are looking great and appear to be our future.

We are playing well - but our best assett is in our massive potential - we are only just hitting our stride and have mountains of potential - still some old wood - but we can carry that.

Agree with you with all that you said. (for once ;))

If we played those teams again we would beat all bar the saints.

If we play like we did vs Collingwood then we could beat anyone in the comp bar: Geelong and Hawthorn.

Our mids really let us down from around 15 mins into the 3rd against Melb, their intensity dropped completely. I know we were about 50 points up, but seeing where we have come from there is no way we should be taking anything for granted.

Let's hope it was a once off mental lapse and this week they are super sharp

Fair enough, but also coincides with Fev giving up the drink, Judd and Stevens getting fitter, team understanding the game plan better......etc.

Judd and Fev are imo our guns at present. However both I believe will get alot better. Judd still seems to be pacing himself. Doesn't seem to be running too hard when not in possession of the ball. Not saying he is not playing well just that he is perhaps still only at 70%.

With Fev I think he is still up and down during games. His mind goes from passionate to victim dependant upon the circumstance. Also for my liking he stages for frees too much. Possibly the most gifted player in the comp. If he can really stay mentally free consistently then he will truly help propel us to a high ladder position.
