Not sure how many of you had any contact with Lidge but he was an extremely passionate North Supporter and also a mod of the North board.
He passed away yesterday in case any of you didnt know.
Below is a link to a thread for him on the North board.

I found him to be the best North Melbourne poster on BigFooty...
Bay13 will be worse off for him not being there
Such a shame. I never had contact from him myself, but reading the North board it feels like they have lost a family member.
Does anyone know what the cause was?
RIP Lidge

I'm a 6 year BigFooty veteran and it's all too rare you encounter a quality, witty poster like Lidge here.
Top poster and a shocking loss to his family, his club and BigFooty.
RIP Lidge.

As we speak I'm reading through the 36 pages and counting of the thread on the Roos board.
I'm stunned, truly stunned.
When you read about the work that Shane did for the club he loved it just adds to the sadness of it all. Tragedy.
