look i have had enough, when richmond player drunk when driving, the tac went stupid, they basically made richmond look stupid and got rid of the sponsorship.

Now the shoe is on the other foot the age is making a mockery of the demons and well to be honest the demons need to do something... i am personally sick of people like caroline wilson slamming melbourne

The Age is one of our major sponsors too.

So let's not get on their bad side, because we can sure use their sponsorship money.

they may be sponsoring us but they are not exactly helping the cause, continuously attacking melbourne with the main attacker of caroline, i know we arent exactly awesome at the moment but the herald sun is less harsh, though one mans defence may be that there is no such thing as bad news, at least we are in the news?

If our fickle fans - who only read The Age - keep reading these negative articles, hopefully something in their head will tick over and they might realise that the club needs their support more than ever.

The club clearly isn't admitting to our crisis, so the media might as well.

your all getting a little dramatic here. crisis. come on please. it is so obvious we are waiting for our new facilities and are doing the right thing by tanking and losing for picks before gold coast come in, its perfect timing to be shit. its genius by the melbournefc. GO DEEZ 2010

Haha, yeah right, it's all a master plan. If you think we're just gonna get about 15,000 extra members, $10m in the bank and a premiership list just because we're moving to OP, you're dreaming.

We are shit, on and off the field. I hate it, but it's true. If the club shows some desperation, perhaps the "fans" will too.

well is it any coincidence that a team who doesn't get to train at their so called home training facilities the junction oval during summer and after round 3, with a cricket pitch in the middle of the friggin ground, and witches hats for goal posts is gonna be any good. HAWTHORN COLLINGWOOD. in top three best teams in the league. need i say anymore

Training at that shithole Arden St certainly hasn't affected North Melbourne's on-field performances over the last 15 years.

but over the last fifteen years where was collingwood and hawthorn training. both at glenferrie and vic park. two more shit holes. so norths shithole was no better or worse than every other shit hole in the comp. everyone was equal. plus north, hawthorn and colloingwood got to at least train consistantly over summer at their shit holes. face it the rest the the comp have moved on except for us and until we have first class facilities we will do nothing. where would you rather pump iron, in ya backyard with a bench and some dumbells or at fitness first platinum gym at Q.V.

Look, I understand that the move to OP will be very helpful for the club, but it won't produce miracles. It (our current training set up) is still no excuse for our on field performances. Neither is it an excuse for our poor financial state, lack our members, poor public profile, etc...

We are the least fit and the worst conditioned team in the competition. Not only does Bailey have a list that is at opposite ends of the spectrum in age but the cattle are not primed. OP will be a huge step forward for us. The game has gone ahead in leaps and bounds since '06 whilst at the same time we went backwards. Bad fitness = no chasing and not getting into position when we have the ball. Bad conditioning = getting beaten in both the air and at ground level and miss-tackles. OP can't happen quick enough!!!

You are right. I saw some of your boys at the gym I go to over summer with Scott Thompson (Crows) and the difference in body shape was staggering. Thompson was ripped, big shoulders, chest etc. Your bosy looked like they had mever picked up a weight and they were not young players.

The running requried today is based on tailored fitness programs with a high level of science, not having a home etc would just make it that much harder.

I don't mind Caro gettin stuck into us, if it gets a few thousand extra to the game we should be rapt. We're giving her plenty of ammo lately, wish she wasn't enjoying it so much though.
