Good effort.
I don't think Thursty is 8/10 though, his last 2 or 3 games have been pretty poor imho

You may think so but Thursty has kept his opponents to 1 goal or less the last 2 weeks, apart from the Hawks match he has beaten his opponent each time, not to mention he is 2nd in spoils for the league.

He did get beaten by Mooney today also Rocca probably they are both capable of playing in ruck suggesting when they are huge he may have some trouble. Did well on Fevola maybe 8/10 is a bit much but ill stick with it.
Newy - not quite as solid as usual, 6/10
Will - he will be so good but hasn't been his best the last couple of matches, 7.5/10
Lids - 7.5/10, seemed quiet throughout a number of matches but then you look at the stats and he's had 25-30 touches. Play mid.
Raines - 6/10, can't say much.
Simmo - 7.5/10, can't be disappointed with his comeback.
Polak - 5/10, shit season so far.
Browny - 7/10, getting better.
Riewoldt - 6/10, played very well against the Saints, looks fairly handy
Cotchin - 7/10, can't really mark after one game, but.......superstar.
Edwards - 6/10, hasn't done a lot, but holding his spot in the side..just..maybe not for next week.
Bowden - 5/10, based on what you would've expected coming into the season.
Richo - 10/10, superstar.
McMahon - 7/10, been okay.
Polo - 4/10, well, one game.
Pettifer - 4/10, needs to lift obviously.
Johnno - 8/10, surely has exceeded expectations this season.
Morton - 7/10, good stat to his tiges career.
Tuck - 7/10, don't mind him when he's just at the bottom of the packs extracting it. It's once he has the ball in a situation where he has to actually think that is the problem.
Jackson - 4.5/10, meh.
Schulz - 6/10, shouldn't have been dropped.
Patto - 6/10, numbers have dropped as expected with Simmo coming back, but still tries is arse off.
Tambling - 6.5/10, continuing to improve.
Hyde - 5.5/10, hard to say, had a great game on Montagna a couple of weeks ago, but then has struggled in his other couple.
Tivendale - 5/10, still a gun seconds player.
Cleve - 5/10, did some alright things when he was in the firsts. Needs to claw his way back in now.
White - 5.5/10, needs to slow down when kicking, takes the game on though with his huge afterburners.
Kel - 7/10, just what we needed.
Foley - 7/10, following up his breakthrough season with a solid start.
Howat - 3/10, yeah nah.
King - 6.5/10, can be great, can be terrible.
Newman - 6.5/10 Has been good.
Thursfield - 7/10 Great defender for us and will be for a while
Deledio - 6.5/10 Starting to step it up a notch now
Raines - 4/10 Barely remember his games early in the season but didn't do too much
Simmonds - 6/10 Has been good but the game against Geelong was pathetic
Polak - 3/10 Been poor this year with just the one good game against Fremantle
Brown - 5.5/10 Is getting back into form and finding it a lot more
Riewoldt - 5.5/10 Been pretty good for us IMO
Cotchin - 6/10 Just the one game but looked good :thumbsu:
Edwards - 5/10 Has been okay, I think we need to keep him in the team
Bowden - 3/10 Has to be given a low score because he has struggled to be in the 22
Richo - 9/10 Been awesome :thumbsu:
McMahon - 6/10 Has had some good numbers but has had too many bad errors to get a good rating
Polo - 3/10 Did nothing in his only game for the year, but he didn't get much gametime, tough to rate
Pettifer - 4/10 Can't get into the team and wasn't playing well when in the 22
McGuane - 6.5/10 I think he has been great down back, has a bit of mongrel in him and loves a contest
Johnson - 7.5/10 Has slowed down in the past 2 weeks but has still had a very good season
Morton - 4/10 Too patchy at the moment, only played a handful of AFL games though
Tuck - 7/10 Been great as a tagger the past few weeks
Jackson - 3/10 Disappointed me so far, I thought he showed good signs late 2007 but hasn't gone on with it in 2008
Schulz - 5/10 Has been serviceable and was unlucky to be dropped IMO, maybe it was because of the weather
Pattison - 5/10 Is good with his efforts but needs to keep learning about the Ruck
Tambling - 6/10 Improving every week and looks to be gaining confidence in himself
Hyde - 5.5/10 Looked gone until he was re-invented as a tagger
Tivendale - 2/10 Finished. Has been a great player for us though
Hughes - 3/10 Would like to see him back in the team sometime soon without Richo there so much
White - 5.5/10 Close to our most improved this year IMO. Adds great tackling pressure
Moore - 7/10 Our most improved player this season. Has been great. Only if he had kicked that goal againt STK
Foley - 7/10 Gives his all every week and is struggling with the tag to a certain degree
Howat - 3/10 Didn't do much in the Round 1 match against Carlton and will struggle to get back into the team IMO
King - 8/10 I know he has made some poor errors but I love the way he plays and he has a lot of aggression

He killed Mooney yesterday because Mooney only started getting into the game when they put McGuane onto him

Wrong! Mooney abosultly towled up Thurstfield yesterday. Beat him in just about every contest bar a couple. Moore also had ago against Mooney, but was well beaten. McGuane was moved onto Mooney because he was toweling up Hawkins and was looking good. McGuane was easily our best defender yesterday.
