Capper has made himself available for the GC job.

He probably has more coaching experience than Voss.

Voss MAY actually turn out to be the best coach ever ever but we don't know that - Peter Knights wasnt too bad a coach given the poor players he coached - he did only narrowly miss a semifinal in 1994 - lost in extra time to a very superior north outfit.

What i'm saying is with all the investment ain terms of dollars and talent its a slep in the face to all the other clubs to put this in charge of basically a rookie.

Establishing a team is much harder than taking over an estblished one - apart from ch 9 no organization would put a rookie in charge of such a risky venture anyway.

Voss is also playing hard to get - FFS !

I'd have thought sheedy was the natural choice - if he isnt in the frame you'd have to think he has really upset someone somewhere to not being considered

Yes, but he's also a complete tosser away from football and the club would look like a complete joke if the hired him as head coach. Maybe they could hire him to wear the mascots costume :D

I can't believe he hasn't been brought up more often. I wouldn't have thought Voss would complain being an assistant coach to Sheedy anyway.

The whole point is the competition is making huge sacrifices for the 17th and 18th teams. The very least would be to employ the best management possible. otherwise its a huge insult
