Does anybody know why all Station wagons, lift backs, hatch backs, SUV's, and people movers have rear wipers, but sedans dont???
Asking one of lifes tough questions...

I don't know the answer but it is interesting that most Japanese sedans sold here are fitted with rear wipers for the Jap domestic market. I've heard that the wipers are dropped to save cost for our market - perhaps because they are not required by our design laws. Perhaps for a similar reason, the wagons, vans etc do have them because they don't sell in numbers significant enough to warrant the design change. :confused:
