Apparently he tore the hammy, not just strained it.
Looks like Dew will have to do more work across the half-back line than the club probably thought he would have to do.

Goo's injury is quite a serious blow for the club.
Goo would do probably 95% or more of the kick ins.
Chosen for his ability to think under pressure and to kick the good kick under pressure he really has stepped up over the last couple of years and gone from being unwanted (IMHO) to most valuable.
Interesting Stuart Dew took over the kick outs as I thought Rick Ladson was number 2 back up man in that department.
Buddy looks like missing Dew's exocets straight down the guts as he (Dew) will have to play further back.
Combined with the loss of Hodge this is the 2nd major loss in our defence.
