Looks like clubs are planning to load up on draft picks this year. With the new draft rules and the Gold Coast draft concessions, will there be more players drafted from the VFL this year? If so, who are the likely candidates?

I would have thought that none. With The concessions in play. not many clubs will go for mature age players, and look for youth to build as much success as possible for the years that they will find it tough to rebuild. I think even clubs close to winning premierships will go for youth. So a lot more coming out of the TAC Cup and Colt leauges.

I reckon Michael Rockefeller is a shot at a rookie listing for next year.
He's one of our midfielders at Werribee and did some pre-season training with the Western Bulldogs.

The doggies had a little bit of a history rookie listing werribee players.
Now that the affiliation is no longer, not sure if it will be something they will look at.
Previous players were James Condos, Nathan Saunders, Dale Morris.

I reckon the Kangaroos would be interested in possibly rookie listing a few of our players.
Inviting some to do a pre-season is another thing could could happen.
