Hi, this is the BigFooty Fantasy Football League or BFFFL for short.
Hey guys,
I am the captain of the Baghdad Bombers and just about the only non-Bomber supporter in the team. The Baghdad Bombers are a team in the BigFooty Fantasy Football League or BFFFL for short.
The game revolves around a football simulator called Qooty, which was built by BF moderator, Mobbenfuhrer. In each game, two teams play off against each other with each team consisting of 20 players (starting 18 and two interchange players). These teams are entered into the simulator, the game is "simmed" (played) which produces a result. The results are random with the sim providing a running commentary on the game which is posted by the competition's administrator.
Whilst the concept may sound silly to newcomers, it is highly enjoyable and an emphasis is made on posting to encourage activity. This includes sledging (within the site rules) and friendly banter.
