That was out-right robbery !!
The better team lost on the night IMHO ...
I'm a passionate leeds fan, and therefore I hate the red devil scum with a passoin.
BTW Fifa should change the penalty shoot out rules, it should always go to extra time and with a golden goal the winner (even if the game goes all night) or just a reply.
I think it's pathetic that a club can lose a major tournament or world cup final in a shoot-out, even if they out played the other team during the field play (and I thikn most people would agree that Chelsea were the better team in the 2nd half)
It's crap how the better side on the night can lose, and esp with some dodgy refs (IE Drogba being sent off)

Robbery?? Watch the game again mate. One team dominated the first half, then the roles reversed for the 2nd half. Man Utd Dominated Possession of the ball and had more genuine chances. Their simply a better coached side, and that showed with their offensive set ups.
And I would have been more happier to not go to penalties, they had 10 men so the mighty Devils would have scored shortly anyway. Although I do agree saying penalties is a poor way to finish.
The dodgy refs comment shows why your a leeds supporter, as you clearly have know idea about the world game. He slapped him in the face, sure lighty, but in any soccer match, in any other competition, he would have been sent off. Those are the rules. Always have been.
Enjoy 7th division or whatever league leeds have now dropped to.

Drogba brought it on himself he hit Vidic right in front of the ref, i mean how dumb is he? :rolleyes:
United dominated the first 45 minutes, Chelsea the second, ET was even, Chelsea had one shot on target all match (the goal), VDS didnt have a save of any note to make that "save" where he punched the ball up was at perfect height.. So the better side didnt lose the match, the team who was even ended up winning..
