How long until the games come out on DVD officially? My fiancee tinkered with the DVD recorder after I'd left = no video of the game when I got home. :(

Good news the game is now available to buy online in a DVD format at sportsdelivered.com.
34.95 but well worth the price if you didnt record the match, and it is definitely one of those home and away games worth keeping.
Enjoy.

I don't use facebook, is there any chance I can still get a link to the torrent?

Neither do I, I signed up yesterday literally just to get the torrent.
smiddazz, not sure you should be posting the actual torrent on BF, especially when it's sourced from a private group.
Like you said, it's not difficult to sign up for FB and join.

Please don't post links to torrents on BF, as Jerry Springers suggests, you'd better believe that's a paddlin'!

If you look on www.sportsdelivered.com (http://www.sportsdelivered.com) after about 3 days they usually come on there they are $35.00 though...

You should all invest in a HDD recorder. Best thing I ever bought.
I can fit the entire season (every televised Collingwood game and the finals) on one Hard drive and burn direct to DVD.
The only small inconvenience is you need to burn each game on to two separate dvd's as a full game won't fit on one.
I paid about $300.00 bucks for a top of the line LG recorder.

I've got a Samsung HDD recorder with 250 GB capacity, that's what the fiancee unfortunately tinkered with while I was at the game.

Legal though.

My wife blatantly refused to record it when I rang from work, even though she is a Pies fan!

Before you enter in such an important contract as marriage it is very important that you know "who it is" you are marrying.
Lucky you haven't signed anything yet...I'd keep and eye on your fiance if I were you....
Oh and don't forget if you do take the risk and marry a person who is likely to tamper with a HDD recorder...you can always copy the 1990 GF over her wedding video....LOL...that'll learn her.

She's just a technophobe, unfortunately. Usually that works in my favour, because she just stays the hell away from anything I've set up. In this case, she changed the channel that was being recorded when wanting to watch television. Easy enough mistake to make. ;)

I have the Panasonic DMR-EX87 DVD Recorder with 250 GB HDD , i copy all Collingwood games in Flexible Recording mode (and with the games we win ) , edit out all the commercials and then burn to one dvd disk . In Flexible Recording mode it sets the best possible picture quality so that it can be copied onto one 4.7 GB disc perfectly .

If you are able to use Double Density DVD's you can get the whole game
on one disc in High Quality...I only realised this last week after burning for my
BIL. The disc's are $4.50 but the uality is lovely and having a single disc is better. Technology is great isn't it.
