I'm disappointed about the result. Even more disappointed by the reaction. The Cam Wight thread is a disgrace.
When we're winning everyone is high and mighty about how we don't bag our players like the Richmond Board. Lose a close game after a couple of players - some young, some experienced - make a few mistakes and every devolves into dribbling idiots.
We lost, that's football, that's life. Grow Up!

Some of the posting on here has been fairly ordinary in the last couple of hours.
Everyone is dissappointed and hates losing, especially games like that.
But lets try and maintain a bit of self respect. I never want to see this board turned into the Richmond board.
Passion and criticism is fine but feral rantings about our own players is poor form IMO. We are much better than that.
Lets not drop out standard to some other club boards.
If you want to take out some anger, use the big brother forum.

Agree....
If we lose again i hope this board doesn't act the same way it has tonight.
If you said before the start of the year that the Bulldogs will be 7 wins 1 lose and 1 draw by round 9, 99% of you would take it.
So lets just look towards next weeks tough tough tough game and hopefully Johno can kick the matching winning goal :thumbsu:.

Agreed. Nothing wrong with criticism but when you start a thread title with Brad ____ing Johnson, a club champion, no matter if it is only meant to be in jest then it is a disgrace.

i agree too. I am so pissed off but there is no way i am going to blame it on one player. we lost, we had to lose eventually and lets move on to the team that just beat melbourne.

Seriously, I cannot believe the carrrying on - on this board tonight - so we lost, can't change that, North Melbourne won and well done to them.
We have had 1 Loss, that is all we are six points clear sitting 3rd on the ladder instead of bagging the players be thankful that for 8 weeks we had an unbeaten run. Eventually, we had to lose a game and tonight was the night.
Some of the childish remarks I have seen posted tonight by a few posters makes me wonder what sort of supporters we have. No need for all the rubbish that has been posted - seriously guys, reality check think about what you post.

Went to the pub, got drunk and got in a fight either at the pub or when we got home with the missus.
The internet is a great tool in preventing drunken violence in the community.

Me personally??
I'd get drunk, very very drunk.
Nowadays, I get drunk, very very drunk and come on here and look for some comfort in the pain shared amongst my fellow doggies supporters.
Today, I would actually like to inflict some pain on some of my fellow doggies supporters for some of the tripe and tirades of emotive, ill-thought out, over-reactive, diatribe and verbal diarrhoea that has emanated from their keyboards.
There was one North guy who mouthed off after the game that we were shit, pretenders and were a no-hoper club that only fooled ourselves into thinking we mattered. I nearly punched his lights out but seriously Coon Dog, tonight there are Bulldogs supporters who need a right hook to give them time to sleep off the loss.
