what do you guys think?
i'm following Cooney's form closely, do you guys reckon he could snare 3 votes as a player on the losing side?
I didn't notice many standout performances from North, but then again I paid much more attention to us than them.

Suprisingly Grant Thomas (who hates us) gave him the three votes on SEN:eek:

coondog at least 2 votes!
I'm glad Peter Hanlon from The Age is not giving Brownlow votes. He couldn't find a vote for Cooney in his top 5.

I watched the game and have been doing my own brownlow votes this season.
I have giving
3. A Simpson = Really stood up when it mattered most with clean clearances from the center and the stoppages to effect. GREAT CAPTAINS GAME :thumbsu:
2. A Cooney = Really battaled hard all game and provided us with plenty of driveand kept putting players to advantage and in a better possition then what he was in.
1. J Akermanis = I honestly think he had an almost perfect game. He was very clean with his disposal and decision making all game except he had a quite second half as apposed to his first.

I have Cooney on a total of 13 brownlow votes and 3 games he may poll in.
Basically he is a chance to poll in every game he has played this year I think.

Agree with #1 Dogs fan, Simpson for the three.
Still fantastic to see the Coondog ripping it up week after week. He is a definite brownlow chance

13 at round 9 sounds very promising!
except giving votes as a dogs fan might be little biased lol...
i hope he continues this sort of form, seeing the ball in his hands is just confidence inspiring

A roos player will get 3, Aker 2 Cooney 1.
They way Aker is playing he's more than a nuisance to cooney he may be a chance himself.

I do agree but I have not giving cooney votes in games were he is a very good chance to poll.
For the record I might be biased with Cross in having him on 9 votes.
