Hey all,
Is Adem our only hope in the Brownlow?
Neita might poll in the low teens.
TJ has had a couple of blinders.
And Mr White has been decent enough most of the year.
What do you think?

Yze hasn't polled too well in the past, but he could be in with a show. Neitz and White are our next best 2 chances IMO.

Neitz will poll better than Yze, but who knows when it comes to the Brownlow. Take one look at the Medal sitting in Woewodin's cabinet and you realise anything can happen!
If Yze is your only hope, then i don't think you have much hope. But yeah, I agree that Neitz will poll better.

Do you reckon the reason Woey may have won the Brownlow is because all the umpires bat for the other side, and voted for him because of his hair and his legs, much the same way the voting ends up on here?!
As for this year, Neitz is the best chance. He would have about 4 BOG's and a few other games where he would get votes. Yze should go OK, but as has been mentioned, does not poll so well.

very true. but if neita had stuck some peroxide in the hair (thats left  ;) ) and maybe waxed the legs he'd be a shoe in. but seriously i reckon neita will get 18 to 20 votes and Whitey 15 to 17 and Ooze about 14 maybe.....but i reckon neita might go all the way. but who was the last full foward to win one? Lockett?

I had a quick look back through Neita stats this season and its quite possible that he'll poll well in the first few rounds, and then pick up a few 2's and threes since the mid season break - but it's not like he's kicked 125 goals, its only 70 and he hasnt had enough 'clear BOG games.'
Hope he does well though, he's really worked hard this year and deserves all the acclaim he's receiving.

i thin kif anyone from Melbouren were to win the brownlow this year, it would be Yze, it's not often a forward would win... but this year i guess almost anything could happen...
but he doesn't have the blonde hair ;)

I think it'll be out of Johnstone and Nietz to top our list. Nieta would be hot favourite so Johnno would be a good bet. The couple of games he missed through injury and the quiet spell he had will hurt though. Still, get on him.

Normally we don't poll all that well in the Brownlow. We won't get that many, and it wouldn't surprise me if White got less than 10 votes for the year.
Can't see Neeta winning, the only Full Forwards who have won it have kicked 100+ goals. If he gets 15 votes he'll have done well.
Yze will get a few 3's but not too many 1's & 2's. 20 at the most.
TJ's been more consistent I reckon but prob wont get as may 3's as Ooze.
So yeah, Ooze is our best chance but he hasn't been consistent enough for mine.
