Has anyone heard, or heard of this band?
They've got an album coming out in a month or so (entitled 'Beyond the Calm of the Corridor'), which has been produced by James Iha (this being the reason I became interested in them in the first place). Since, I've downloaded a few songs, and liked what I've heard.
Now, I'm not normally into nu-metal . . . but this band seems to transcend the whole nu-metal/crossover scene, with a much more cohesive and classy sound (in fact, it's kind of hard to lump them into the nu-metal category, in comparison to those particular bands).
Likewise, there seems to be much more depth in regards to lyrical content, as opposed to the "f*ck the world" angst in so many other bands in the nu-metal scene.
Although I may not normally get into this type of music, and I might not have the record on high rotation, I reckon I'll buy this album when it comes out. (Shame about the cover art-work though!).
