Regardless of how this game finishes . . . .
I'm getting pretty ____ing sick of it against good sides where we continue to show we have the capability of matching them but we stop. THe credits of these matches are expired. :mad:
It's a mental thing, we fold like a pack of cards the moment the real pressure comes on when we can see with cool heads we can play a bloody good brand of football.
Harden the ____ up Richmond. Simple as that.

I want to see this game out, but no matter what happens that third quarter was absolutely pathetic and NOT good enough. :mad:
Will be very annoyed if the 4th is anything like that quarter was.

Agreed it's disgraceful. people are putting us out of the bottom 4 now.. but i wouldn't put us out of the bottom 2 now.

The sad thing is that even when we were ahead at half time. I could predict that we were going to lose the game. Isn't it sad when you know your team doesn't have the heart to stick it to a team for four quarters. I agree on getting rid of wallace. This 5 year plan is quickly becoming a 10 year plan. :mad:

If wallace doesn't get the sack or retire at the end of the year, then there is a big big problem at richmond. They must be happy with continually losing.
If you have been losing like we have, why would you keep what seemed to be the same line up for so long. Get rid of some of the hacks and put in some fresh blood or someone that might make a bit more of a fight.

These are Elite Athletes who train all week!
Seriously, there is country footballers that train twice a week and play half pissed and put in 4 qtr efforts and actually show some desperation and try to win the game!
big worry at tigerland is our present culture and ability to think they can win a game of footy!

I watch a lot of Richmond - most of my family barrack for them so I have a real soft spot for the Tiges. I think you've gone backwards in the past two years. Even this year, when you were playing well, I found it hard to work out what the gameplan was - it was almost as if you won in spite of the coach rather than because of him.
The other thing that worries me is the level of skill that some experienced players show - not being able to hit a target with a handball from a couple of metres away under limited or no pressure, which seems to happen all the time. Kicking to disadvantage in the forward line, or directly turning it over. Forgiveable in the first couple of years of a rebuild but at this stage I'd expect more.
Anyway, I'm not having a go at anyone. I'd like to see Richmond do well. I just thought I'd add a different perspective.

Just listening to SEN radio stream. Just had a caller saying why are Tivendale, Pettifer and Bowden back in after being dropped after game against collingwood.

I don't want to be negative but how can I not be? That was basically a team laying down and taking a reaming!
I feel for the youngsters in the team, having to be part of a culture that's going to ruin their careers. My advice: get out now - foley, cotchin, edwards, lids, moore, thursfield, king and every other player under 21! Do what ottens did and go to a club with culture of winning. That way Wallace can keep playing the old hacks we've had no success with and still friggin don't.
The excuse top four team can't be used. We will get hammered by the demons in a few weeks! Even with their crap list they are showing heart.

Something i heard on the radio. foley had the ball 52 metres out and kicked backwards (and sideways) to schulz to make it 70 meteres out. why not just thump it long. try to get it in there and hold it in rather then piss-fart around with it.
