After an ominous 5-5 start to the season thanks to a 79 point thumping of the up & coming Dees, the Saints we're looking a shoe-in for some action in late September (IMHO replace "late" with "last Saturday in").

Enter the Bulldogs. Often confused for little leaguers, the elves from out west proved to strong for the mighty Saints. Now we all know that 27 points flattered the Dogs (had they kicked straight early, the Saints shoulda won by 4-15 goals) but what's important is that Rossco can now use this shock loss as ammunition for one final tilt at that surprisingly elusive flag.

Can he use it to better his team? I think he can. When asked on MMM today before the game why the Saints arent in the top 4 or 6 as many people think they are capable of, Rossco responded its because they havent won enough games. I think he's splitting the atom next week.

I can't imagine this thread lasting for too long, but you're right! What the ____ are they doing?

Hand us back the draft picks(though we've got enough now, "tanks very much") and we'll show you how it's done with an arrogant, bold and strong culture that does not accept defeat.

Remember when Riewoldt used to be a good player?
gee hasn't he gone backwards at a rate of knots, from the 2000 draft now he wouldn't be in the top 5 players picked.
