Why does he think he can outrun/get around anyone in the afl. He is a fine player when he does the simple things, but he cost us too much last night.
When i hope the ball gets in a 2nd gamers hand rather than one of our most experienced and supposed quarterback something is not right.
If you havent noticed, all our players are doin this! its obviously a plan to take the man on at every opportunity. I think its great, yeah your gonna get caught a few times but do you ever see Geelong stop and hold the ball up? No, the play on at all cost. Sometimes they turn it over when they could have held it up but most times it creates run

He's trying to get the ball moving at every opportunity, and if that means to take a few men on, then so be it.
I'd rather he get caught trying to move the ball forward quickly rather than chipping the ball around in the back half.

Spot on answer. That Carrots does not run with it is the reason he should receive criticism - not the other crap, his haters post. Mind you Carrots did struggle man on man last night

The only problem I have with Scotland is that he's a bit of a bogan since he came from Collingwood. As a result he reckons he can take on everyone when he can't, just like a bogen, like Eddie Muguire, for example (eg: When Channel9 were challenged for the footy Broadcast license Eddie went into is 'when I was in Broady' BS, they subsequently lost the fight, and Eddie is quickly becoming the new Issy Dye or something...)
All he has to do is hang around some class players like Judd and he'll lose those habits.
Then he'll become a class player and not kick like a yahoo and make silly bogan-like decisions on the ground!
i think its great playing on at all costs its a must in the present game of football or else it gives teams a chance to flood and and block fevs space to lead but in doin it ur always a chance to get caught but more often then not its gonna pay off

i'm more concerned when waite does the same thing, scotland wins it 80% i'd say waite gets caught or disadvantages the reciever maybe 50%

You're right Lopezz, Murph I've noticed in particular. That's also how Bower went down last week, he took off and ended up in a Cat sandwich.

You are dead right. A selfish player who like to accumulate possessions to fatten up his contract. I do not care about him showing initiative but how many time when he goes for a run he chooses to ignore a good lead until he has run around a player or two and putting himself under pressure forcing him to kick it to a contest. Expect better leadership. He aint no role model for our kids.

Dirk you clearly did not understand the quote you agreed/begun with!
Dirk is Collingwood your second team - or maybe your first team?
