Just had a brain storm at the game today, may we be able to please call "M.R C.OLIN G.ARLAND" THE MCG. I think he has more promise at the same time of his career than jared rivers did, i seriously do.

And if anyone like myself has ever doubt matty warnock well today showed i was wrong. Sensational he was.

All the backline except for our kicking in was pretty bloody good. And for all those calling for bells head for a stinking kick in (which it was) give him a fkn brake. He was great on medhurst all day. He doesnt choose to kick in, he does what hes told. Im sure he wants to do it as much as we want him to.

No real bitching from me today, was great to see all the support there plenty of red and blue in the crowd and all the ex-players and some current walk the boundary. Well done by all on a great day except for the result. But at least we had a dip and thats all i ask for.:thumbsu::thumbsu:

Did anyone else think aussie could have been a bit more selfish today and have a few more shots at goal? I think he passed and handballed to a guy under more pressure than he was on a few occasions in the 50.

True dat about garland i'm in regret-mode for my pasting of him earlier this year.

Mates and I have started calling Garland "Basic" as a reference to the movie "Basic Instinct" - as in "he's got an instinct for the game"

PLus he is the second coming of Chris Lamb in appearance and also in number (Lamb was 20 as well wasn't he?)

Nah, Broadbridge was 20.

Garland does look promising though. He has a bit of Dustin Fletcher in him.

Bell was terrible today. He might not "choose" to kick in, but how hard is it to hit a target? His effort in the last was laughable.

He needs a run at Sandy.

Rivers was second best on ground for Sandy yesterday so a straight swap should suffice.

Surely you mean Whelan, as my boy JR played today, and from a couple of sketchy reports he's done his groin again, can anyone elaborate?

(Note: Probably already spoken about elsewhere but this is the first post I've looked at. If that is the case, disregard this post.)

Seconded. Garland and Warnock are leaving Bell and Bode in their wake.

Firstly I prefer the nickname Judy because just like the actress he will be a player full of Class! For all the Garland bashers out there he is really sticking it up you atm!

Matt Warnock has prooved me wrong, he has been working his arse off this season.

Chris Johnson was Best On.

I think both should come in. (if you are talking about Whelan)
