Just to say I was very impressed with this lad's performance yesterday, in a game which Collingwood were lucky to win. Hopefully he'll be part of the future of your team. Stynes will undoubtedly bring some Irish luck with him too. Happy birthday Melbourne, and all the best for the future.:thumbsu:

when i was walking to the ground yesterday, over the bridge over brunton av. i think, he was walking to the ground, there were about 8 kids who noticed him and just bolted in his direction, definately a new hero of the club

I really like the Wona. He just knows where to park himself in a contest in front of goals, I was also really impressed with his tackling. Another rookie lister who has come up trumps. Too bad we fail so miserably in the actual draft

I wouldn't say we failed miserabley.. you can judge our draft prospects in 3-5 years...

Wona is a clut hero around the club now and he will win a lot of young fans to Melbourne and also no doubt win our leading goal kicking this year... which will be an amazing performance for the young Tiwi islander...

Well done Wona... you little gem!!!

I absolutely love him. If we can get him and Flash both fit and firing in our forward line, it will be brilliant to watch.

Towards the end of the QB game there was a couple of times he could have run harder to get to a contest/create space, but he couldn't, he nad nothing left. No complaints, just I guess that's a sign of being a first-year player without the tank to run out a whole AFL game.

I am seriously excited what he could be after another pre-season.

throw big Natanui in there too, and it could be quite a spectacle...

Loved his run away from Clark (fair effort to almost catch him too) and pass.
